Americká automobilka řeší kuriózní případ

Podle zákaznické odezvy Fordu v Číně, tamním majitelům nových aut nevoní jejich interiéry. Vzhledem k tomu, že Čína je tak obrovský trh, učiní Ford patřičné kroky.

Z každého nového auta se line úžasná vůně. Někdy ani není potřeba na interiér používat parfém, protože se o omamnou vůni stará kombinace kůže a dřeva. Řešit tak problém s tím, že někomu interiér nového auta nevoní, se zdá být usměvný.

Z průzkumu globální marketingové společnosti J.D Power však vyplývá, že nespokojenost s vůni nového automobilu na čínském trhu je na prvním místě v žebříčku stížností. Na druhém místě je neshoda mezi reálnou a udávanou kombinovanou spotřebou. Podle tamních zákazníků je největší problém s tím, že je zápach příliš ostrý.

 

 

Ford však přišel s řešením, které je možná ještě úsměvnější než samotné stížnosti. Nové auto se zaparkuje na přímém slunečním světle, nastartuje, pootevřou se trochu okna a pustí topení na maximum, aby se „smrad“ nového auta vypálil.

Ford zaměstnává tým osmnácti lidí, kteří mají za úkol očichávat jednotlivé části interiéru, a vybírat konkrétní pachy, které by mohly lidem v Číně vadit. Většina těchto pachů pochází z organických sloučenin z čalounění. Dále pak z plastů a zvukotěsného materiálu v obložení kabiny.

Současné provizorní řešení bude samozřejmě v budoucnu nahrazeno něčím promyšlenějším. Prozatím bude ale ve skladech Fordu docela horko.
