Barometr trhu ojetin - listopad 2021

Po říjnovém mírném oživení, kdy počet nabízených aut poprvé po mnoha měsících vzrostl na 430 536 kusů, došlo v listopadu na sekundárním trhu opět k poklesu. Na všech trzích v zemích V4 se snížil počet inzerovaných ojetin, celkem z říjnových 430 536 na listopadových 388 830 aut.

V Polsku nabídka klesla o více než 22 000 aut, v Česku o necelých 10 000, v Maďarsku o necelých 3 500 a na Slovensku byl pokles přes 6 000 aut. Ve srovnání s listopadem loňského roku v zemích V4 chybí necelých 15 000 aut, oproti předcovidovému roku 2019 ubylo v nabídce dokonce necelých 144 000.

Situaci na sekundárním trhu nestačí saturovat ani rekordní počet dovezených ojetin ze zahraničí. Vyplývá to z analýzy trhu, kterou pravidelně zpracovává společnost AURES Holdings, provozovatel sítí autocenter AAA AUTO a Mototechna.

„Takto dynamické změny trhu jsme nezažili od ekonomické krize v roce 2008. Počet ojetin stále klesá, nabídka je tím pádem menší a ceny kontinuálně rostou. Zatímco v říjnu byly ojeté vozy nejčastěji nabízeny za 170 000 korun, v listopadu už je to 178 000 korun. Oproti loňskému listopadu se tak mediánová cena ojetiny v Česku zvedla o 38 100 korun,“ říká Petr Vaněček, provozní ředitel AURES Holdings.

Zvýšení mediánových cen je patrné ve všech zemích V4. V Polsku se cena za rok zvedla o 3 500 PLN na současných 22 500 PLN (124 620 Kč), v Maďarsku musí zákazníci sáhnout do kapsy pro 450 000 HUF navíc, protože mediánová cena ojetiny je tam aktuálně 2 149 000 HUF (150 788 Kč) a Slovensku cena vzrostla o 890 EUR na současných 6 990 EUR (177 640 Kč).

Nejčastěji nabízeným vozem v Česku a na Slovensku zůstává Škoda Octavia (7 666 ks, resp. 2 994 ks), v Polsku a Maďarsku Opel Astra (5 989 ks, resp. 1 699 ks). Střední hodnota stáří byla v listopadu nejvyšší u vozů prodávaných v Polsku (12,4 roku), následuje Maďarsko (11,8 roku), Česko (10,2 roku) a nejmladší byly vozy na Slovensku (10 let). Stav tachometru je opět nejvyšší v Polsku (medián 183 000 km), nejméně ojeté jsou vozy v Česku (medián 150 588 km).
