Barometr trhu ojetin - únor 2021

Octavia a Fabia jsou v České republice dlouhodobě nejžádanější modely na sekundárním automobilovém trhu. V průběhu posledního roku však celou společnost ovlivňuje pandemie onemocnění COVID-19, ojetiny nevyjímaje.

Fabie od loňska podražily o 13 tisíc korun, Octavie o deset, Superby dokonce o 20 tisíc korun. Naopak populární SUVéčka Kodiaq a Karoq na cenách klesly. Vyplývá to z pravidelné statistiky ojetin sítě společnosti AAA AUTO.

 

 

„Z našich dat vyplývá, že na trhu již delší dobu chybějí ojetiny, zejména pak ty nejžádanější a v zajímavých specifikacích. To je i důvodem, proč jejich ceny za poslední rok vzrostly. Střední hodnota ceny Octavie je momentálně 169 000, Fabie 92 000 a Superbu 329 000 korun,“ říká provozní ředitel autocenter AAA AUTO Petr Vaněček.

Naopak střední hodnoty ceny relativně mladých modelů jako Karoq a Kodiaq meziročně klesly. Karoq o 31.000 na současných 620.000 a Kodiaq o 50 tisíc na současných 800.000 korun.

„U relativně mladých modelů je pokles ceny způsoben zejména tím, že postupně stárnou, čímž se nůžky mezi cenou vozu nového a ojetého pochopitelně rozevírají rychleji než u modelů, od jejichž uvedení na trh již uběhl delší čas,“ doplňuje Vaněček.

Trh se dále zmenšil, oproti lednu je na trhu k dispozici o 12 000 aut méně než v lednu, který bývá za normální situace měsícem s nejnižší nabídkou v roce.

V únoru 2021 bylo na českém trhu inzerováno 82.086 zánovních ojetin, což je o 12.224 méně, než v lednu 2021. Střední hodnota ceny meziměsíčně stoupla o 9.000 korun na 169.000 Kč. Střední hodnota stáří byla 9.1 roku a tachometr nejčastěji ukazoval 147.000 km. Nejčastěji byla v nabídce Škoda Octavia (8.653 ks), Škoda Fabia (5.910 ks) a VW Passat (3.035 ks).
