Do Francie jich zamíří 420

Volkswagen Užitkové vozy dodá v průběhu příštích dvou let celkem 420 skříňových automobilů e-Crafter francouzské společnosti Chronopost, která se specializuje na městskou logistiku. Příslušnou smlouvu podepsali v Hannoveru Martin Piechowski, prezident Chronopostu, a Heinz-Jürgen Löw, člen představenstva značky Volkswagen Užitkové vozy, odpovědný za prodej a marketing.

„Jedná se o dosud největší objednávku fleetového zákazníka požadujícího výhradně elektrická auta,“ zdůraznil Löw.

Představitelé Chronopostu si prohlédli i výrobní linku Volkswagenu e-Crafter

Chronopost od září 2019 rozváží po Paříži zboží flotilou vozidel, používajících výhradně alternativní pohony. Do června 2020 bude tato služba rozšířena do více než 18 francouzských lokalit.

„Elektromobily, jakým je i námi vybraný e-Crafter, mají nyní dostatečný dojezd pro nasazení ve velkém měřítku po celé Francii. Umožní doručování zásilek ve velkoměstech, aniž by bylo narušováno životní prostředí místních obyvatel,“ uvedl Piechowski.
