Vyhrály vozy Citroën Berlingo, Opel Combo Life a Peugeot Rifter

Citroën Berlingo, Peugeot Rifter a Opel Combo Life získaly ocenění AutoBest 2019 - Best Buy Car of Europe (Nejlepší koupě v Evropě). Celkově trojice koncernu PSA získala 14 076 bodů, takže o pouhých 148 bodů předstihla novou generaci modelu Ford Focus. Dvanáctá generace Toyoty Corolla získala třetí místo s celkem 13.846 body, což je jen o 82 bodů méně než Focus. V celkovém pořadí následovaly Kia Ceed, Citroën C4 Cactus a druhá generace vozu Dacia Duster.

„Je mi potěšením poblahopřát vedení tří značek PSA, které získaly ocenění AutoBest 2019! Bylo to v nesmírně těžké konkurenci s mnoha skvělými soupeři. Pokud jde o styly karoserií a pohonné jednotky, byla to rozhodně nejrozmanitější anketa AutoBest v její historii. „Vítězství trojice vozů PSA je pro tuto novou platformu plně zasloužené. Platforma, která přesvědčila dvě mezinárodní poroty z hlediska osobního automobilu i lehkého užitkového vozidla, bude nesporně jednou z nejlépe prodávaných v nadcházejících letech. Je to poprvé v naší historii, když máme vícenásobného vítěze. Jsem osobně rád, že porota AutoBest přikročila k tomuto typu karoserie jako skutečnému vyjádření té nejlepší koupě,“ uvedl zakladatel a předseda AutoBest Dan Vardie.

AutoBest 2019 winner

Po 18 letech prakticky beze změn byla legendární hlasovací matrice AutoBest se 13 kritérii o různé váze pro tento ročník upravena tak, aby reagovala na vývoj motorismu v nejbližší budoucnosti, který zahrnuje více technických řešení pro „zelené“ pohony, konektivitu a směřování k autonomní jízdě. Jedná se o první krok v novém přístupu, který porota představila v minulém roce. V příštích letech AutoBest přijde s dalšími inovacemi.

Porota hlasovala po setkání na dráze v italském Vairanu, kde byli jednotliví finalisté detailně představeni a poté měli porotci příležitost vozy otestovat ve speciálně připravených situacích, s nimiž se mohou motoristé běžně setkávat v provozu.

Osmnáctý ročník galavečera AutoBest Awards Festivity s předáním cen vítězi i držitelům ocenění v dalších kritériích se uskuteční 7. února 2019 v Bruselu v Belgii.
