Komponenty k montážním linkám přepravují roboty

V hlavním výrobním závodě Škoda Auto v Mladé Boleslavi byl slavnostně otevřen automatický sklad menších dílů (AKL). Vysoký stupeň automatizace umožňuje zvýšení efektivity logistiky při zásobování výrobních linek. Menší díly naskladňují roboty a přepravují je ze skladu přímo na montážní linky. Operativní provoz zde běží už od července 2018.

Škoda sklad AKL

Do stavby automatického skladu menších dílů společnost Škoda Auto investovala osm milionů eur. Srovnatelný sklad AKL je v provozu již více než rok v Kvasinách. Ten v červnu 2018 získal Evropskou cenu odborné veřejnosti za logistiku ELA. Srovnatelné zařízení zatím není používáno jinde v rámci koncernu Volkswagen.

Škoda sklad AKL

V AKL se důsledně uplatňují principy Průmyslu 4.0. Naskladňování a vyjímání dílů z regálů probíhá plně automaticky. Menší díly se odtud podle potřeby dodávají just-in-sequence přímo na montážní linky a na linku přichází přesně v tom pořadí, v jakém budou montovány. Automatizace dovoluje další zvyšování přesnosti práce, zrychlení logistických procesů a minimalizaci chybovosti.
Roboty přebírají fyzicky namáhavé činnosti. Zaměstnancům se tak uleví a budou se moci věnovat jiným úkolům, jako je skenování štítků nebo pohyb malých přepravek (KLT) na příjmu a výdeji zboží.

V novém AKL v Mladé Boleslavi se na plochu 2000 m2 vejde 71 000 přepravek typu KLT. Do 14 metrů vysokých regálů se za hodinu naskladní až 580 malých plastových přepravek. Stejný počet KLT se za stejnou dobu stihne i vychystat. Dva roboty díly naskladňují, dva další se starají o vyskladňování a just-in-sequence dodávky do výroby. Toto zdvojení ve spojení s možností otočení směru dopravníků umožňuje v případě potřeby i zálohování.
