Mluvící robot v akci

Zákazníky čerpací stanice Benzina v Praze v Argentinské ulici překvapil robot Pepper, když je uvítal slovy: „Škoda, že jsem na elektřinu – hned bych si vyzkoušel natankovat…“

Mluvící robot kromě běžných konverzačních frází řidiče hlavně seznamoval s možností bezkontaktní platby za tankování přímo u výdejních stojanů. Díky úplně nové mobilní aplikaci lze totiž u Benziny zaplatit ihned u stojanu přes telefon a motoristé se tak nemusejí zdržovat u pokladny v obchodě.

„Trendem dnešní doby je přesun od plateb hotovostí či platební kartou k úhradám přes mobilní telefon. Proto řidičům nabízíme jednoduchou a bezpečnou mobilní aplikaci. Benzina platby je unikátní řešení, které jim uspoří čas strávený na čerpací stanici,“ říká Marek Zouvala, ředitel sítě čerpacích stanic Benzina, odštěpného závodu Unipetrol.

Aplikace Benzina platby funguje v prostředí Android a iOS a lze ji zdarma stáhnout a nainstalovat z Google Play i App Store. Platit chytrým telefonem lze u všech veřejných čerpacích stanic Benzina za natankování benzinu, motorové nafty, AdBlue a CNG.

Do aplikace je nyní možné přiřadit bankovní kartu, postupně se však možnosti rozšíří i na tankovací karty Benziny – Tank Kartu Easy a Business. Při platbě se vyžaduje zadání bezpečnostního kódu. Přihlásit se lze také biometricky, otiskem prstu nebo díky face ID – záleží na typu mobilního zařízení. Lze ji používat i bez trvale přiřazené karty, zákazník však v takovém případě musí při každém tankování přepisovat údaje ze své platební karty.
