Nová koncepce mobility

Divize užitkových vozů Mercedes-Benz Vans představila zcela novou koncepci mobility, která stírá rozdíl mezi osobními a užitkovými vozidly.

Mercedes Vision Urbanetic

Vision Urbanetic je plně autonomní, elektricky poháněná dopravní plošina, na níž může být instalován jak nákladní modul pro přepravu zboží, tak i pro cestující. Tak trochu to připomíná koncept Snap švýcarské firmy Rinspeed, kde se ovšem na podobně koncipovanou dopravní plošinu instalují moduly pro cestující, které lze samostatně využívat i jako obytné.

Vision Urbanetic chce eliminovat rozdíly mezi osobní a nákladní dopravou. Mercedes-Benz Vans tvrdí, že tato koncepce mobility může naplnit potřeby měst, podniků i obyvatel. Díky tomu bude možné přepravovat více lidí i zboží s méně vozidly, což přispěje ke snižování požadavků na dopravní infrastrukturu a tím i ke zlepšení kvality života ve městech.

Mercedes Vision Urbanetic

Elektricky poháněný podvozek je kompatibilní s různými připojitelnými moduly - může pojmout až 12 cestujících nebo je schopný přepravovat až 10 palet EPAL. Přitom celková délka vozidla je jen 514 cm. Nákladový modul má úložný prostor dlouhý 3,7 metru a schopný pojmout až 10 m3 nákladu. Maximální využitelnosti obestavěného prostoru napomáhá skutečnost, že díky autonomnímu řízení zde není potřeba vyčlenit prostor pro řidiče a ovládací prvky.

Plně automatizovaný proces výměny modulů trvá jen několik minut. Podvozek v sobě zahrnuje všechny funkce potřebné pro jízdu, takže se může dopravit pro nový modul samostatně. Navíc Vision Urbanetic je vybaven i IT infrastrukturou, která analyzuje nabídku a poptávku z definované oblasti v reálném čase. Díky plnému vytváření sítí a inteligentnímu řízení se systém dokáže poučit z aktuálních potřeb, takže je schopen předvídat a reagovat na budoucí požadavky. Může například identifikovat dav lidí, kteří se shromažďují v určité oblasti, a vyslat tam vozidla, aby uspokojila zvýšený požadavek na dopravu.
