Více se bojíme ostatních než vlastních chyb

Více než polovina evropských řidičů se domnívá, že hlavním nebezpečím v letním období je chování ostatních účastníků silničního provozu. Dalšími rizikovými faktory jsou nadměrná rychlost a užívání mobilních telefonů. Vyplývá to z průzkumu společnosti Nokian Tyres.

Nejmenší důvěru ve své kolegy za volantem mají Češi, Poláci a Italové. Ohrožení nepřiměřenou rychlostí zdůrazňovali především Češi a Poláci. Italové spíše v tomto ohledu preferovali volání za jízdy. 

Hlavně se obáváme toho, co učiní ti, které na silnici potkáme

Více se obávají motoristé starší 51 let. Z nich většina bedlivě sleduje jak chování ostatních, tak podmínky na vozovce. Patrně si uvědomují, že jejich reakční doba je prodloužena, a navíc často sedí v „dříve narozených“, a tudíž méně technicky dokonalých autech.

Anketa se pochopitelně dotkala také pneumatik. Přibližně třetina respondentů zkoumá hloubku dezénu na nich dvakrát ročně, čtvrtina jednou za dva až tři měsíce. O něco více než desetina dotázaných tak činí jen jednou za rok. Třináct procent bylo lajdáků, kteří si vůbec nemohli vzpomenout, kdy to udělali naposled.
