Nezvyklá karosářská verze sportovní ikony

BMW potvrdilo, že poprvé v historii bude modelová řada M rozšířena o provedení kombi. Prototyp BMW M3 Touring se údajně v těchto dnech dokončuje v sídle BMW M GmbH v bavorském Garchingu.

Jako pohonná jednotka poslouží řadový šestiválec M TwinPower Turbo. Další informace o výkonových parametrech nejsou k dispozici. Výrobce pouze anoncuje zachování typických sportovních prvků, tedy širokého rozchodu kol, velkých nasávacích otvorů vpředu a čtveřice koncovek výfuku.

Do sériové produkce se vůz dostane nejdříve za dva roky. Předtím ho mimo jiné čeká náročný testovací program na Severní smyčce Nürburgringu.
