Auto za dva miliony dolarů, ozdobené 5000 let starým dřevem

Také Bentley místo prezentace na autosalonu v Ženevě představil svůj nový model Mulliner Bacalar online ze svého britského ústředí v Crewe.

Bentley Mulliner Bacalar

Bentley oznámil, že vyrobí pouze 12 luxusních sportovních vozů pro jízdu s větrem ve vlasech. Cena automobilu je 1,5 milionu liber (44 milionů korun) bez daní a dalších poplatků a všechna auta již byla předem prodána. Bentley vozidla, která budou na míru vybavena podle preferencí zákazníků, začne dodávat od příštího roku.

Dřevo staré 5000 let, použité na výrobu přístrojové desky, bylo podle Bentleye přirozeně konzervováno v rašeliništích, jezerech a řekách východní Anglie.

Bentley Mulliner Bacalar

Kultovní britská automobilka auto popisuje jako „nejvzácnější dvoudveřový Bentley moderní doby“. Pohon všech kol zajišťuje motor V12 6,0 l, který má výkon 478 kW (650 k) a točivý moment 900 N.m. Převodovka je osmistupňová automatická.

„Bacalar je vzácný a pozoruhodný Bentley, a přestože je takto jasně definován, přinese jedinečný zážitek pro pouhých dvanáct náročných lidí, kteří budou spoluvytvářet, shromažďovat a řídit jeden z dvanácti postavených vozů,“ uvedl generální ředitel a předseda představenstva společnosti Bentley Adrian Hallmark ve svém vystoupení.
