Muscle Car, jenže se čtyřválcem místo V8!

Chevrolet připravil pro ruský trh speciální verzi Camaro Schock Edition. Tento sportovní vůz pohání motor o výkonu 175 kW (238 k), což je jen o 27 kW (37 k) méně, než má v USA. Točivý moment je dokonce stejný - 400 N.m.

Pozoruhodné na pohonné jednotce tohoto Muscle Caru ovšem je, že nejde o V8 jako v USA, ale o dvoulitrový čtyřválec přeplňovaný turbodmychadlem. Ten je kombinován s osmistupňovou automatickou převodovkou.

Čtyřválcové Camaro Shock Ediition zrychlí z 0 na 100 km/h za 5,9 s, takže je jen o 0,4 sekundy pomalejší než v případě amerického osmiválce.

Chevrolet Camaro Shock Edition

GM Rossija nabízí Camaro Shock Ediition výhradně v kombinaci neonově žluté a zelené barvy s interiérem v černé kůži a s černými dvacetipalcovými koly.

Série Shock Ediition, vyrobená jen v počtu 30 kusů, přijde do prodeje koncem července. Bude stát 3,415 milionu rublů (1,24 milionu Kč), což odpovídá 53 560 amerických dolarů. Za tyto peníze by v USA byla dvě Camara Coupé v základní výbavě.
